I have to say Juan’s home is one of the best parts of my trip. The room is super clean and nice, me and my friend get the access to the cable service to watch movies and listen to music. All of the shampoo and body wash are placed as well. More importantly it is quick for Juan to respond about my concerns. Great place in Orlando and I highly recommend it.

The place is very clean and cozy. Location is excellent with many restaurants and shops in the area as well as the lake. Juan was very accommodating with any requests. If im ever in the area again, I would consider this spot again!

Juan's place was great! The apartment was very spacious and cleanly. One thing that really stood out to us was Juan's communication. We were offered an earlier check in time to accommodate our schedule which was very much appreciated. The apartment location was also a convenient spot to many restaurants and shops. We literally walked everywhere during our stay and didn't have to move the car once. The area felt very safe as well. Would absolutely recommend Juan's place if you're visiting the Orlando area!

Can’t say enough good about this place and location! We came up to spend time with our son and daughter in law. Such a quaint area above a Coffee shop/French bakery which worked great for us being a coffee family! Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. We loved the Ramen place as well as the Mexican Cantina. Felt safe! Loved how alive the area is at night! We also loved that 7Eleven was a block away. Super clean rental and loved the balcony! Beds SUPER comfy! Host very responsive and checked in to make sure all was good. Highly recommend! I recommend traveling with a small fan (we always do anyway) to help block out the noise from the bar across the street at night if you are a very light sleeper. We had a fan and didn’t hear anything with it on. Nothing bad to say about this rental!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Orlando, where you can walk out your door in any direction and pretty much find whatever you need (within reason of course) then this is the place for you to stay. Never mind that the apartment is exactly as it’s described and exactly as the pictures show it to be. Never mind that Juan is very attentive and helpful and so easy to communicate with. The beds are so very comfortable. Nice comforter and nice filling sheets. We didn’t find the noise to be an issue at all. I loved the French bakery downstairs. (Benjamin‘s French Café) They had the best hot croissants. I had one of the best burgers I had eaten in a very long time right across the street at The Classics. And on the side of us was Kaleidoscopes a really cool small bar with the most friendly bartender and I had a really good chicken Caesar salad there. My point is you cant go wrong here. Next time I go to Orlando, I plan to stay again if possible!!
