Juan’s bnb was so cozy for a week stay in Orlando. The location is amazing, right by the park, quiet street by a school. It is extremely walkable to the Dr Philips Center, Lynx Central Sunrail station and the Publix! Perfect for a solo female. Everything was clean and kitchen is fully stocked. It was high 80s in April, but the apartment is very cool with the AC! I would absolutely stay here again.

Juan was responsive and such a great host. Great stay in Orlando! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and made getting around really easy. The place looked exactly like the photos, which is always a huge plus. Everything was clean, comfortable, and as expected. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Juan was really responsive, even for a last-minute booking. He communicated really well and anticipated anything we might need for our stay. Kids loved the pool table, as did the grown-ups. Beds were super comfy and the hot shower after a long rainy day at a local theme park were exactly what we needed.

This was the perfect place for a quick weekend trip at a great location. Walking distance to a great park and cafe. Juan was proactive in reaching out to me and providing instructions for check in/out. Overall a great place to stay and very responsive host!

This is a perfect spot to stay in Orlando! It is situated in an historic, eclectic part of town. We came for a lakers game, and were able to walk home from the Kia Center. I loved the French bakery below and all of the excellent bars and restaurants all within walking distance. We had a very short stay but we plan to come back and stay longer. Juan is an excellent communicater and host.

Great location, lots to do in the area and everything was walkable. Juan was very responsive host and answered any questions we had within 5 min. Perk was the balcony overlooking the street which we enjoyed for our morning coffee and at night before we would explore the city. Would stay again!

This location is conveniently located in central Orlando, and gives guests the ability to drive anywhere around the city within a 30-minute timeframe. Lake Eola Park is within walking distance and guests can reach downtown by foot within 10-15 minutes. With that said, some of the interior could use renovations. It didn't bother us much, but should at least be noted. Overall, it was a great stay! I would stay again if given the chance.

We had a wonderful stay at Juans place while celebrating a birthday. The place was clean and eclectically decorated. Juan was a great host, very communicative the entire stay. Very walkable to bars, restaurants, and Lake Eola with a great Farmers Market on Sundays. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in the downtown area.

I can't say enough about this place! The pictures don't do it justice. The place is funky, quirky, fun and surprisingly quiet at night considering the location. The balcony was great for people watching and early morning coffee. We had several options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would definitely stay again. Juan was an execellent host as he made sure we had everything we needed and quickly answered my questions.
