Juans place was in great location. Walkable distance to restaurants, supermarkets and parks. There is a bar accross the street with a terrace, people are making some noise but there is was no music playing. If you are a sensitive sleeper you might need to use earplugs. Orther than that the place is great!

We had a great stay and the location couldn’t have been better. I really enjoyed staying here with my family—everything was comfortable and exactly as described. The only thing to note is that since it’s right across from the street from Burtons bar, it can be a bit loud at night, but I saw that Juan thoughtfully provided earplugs if needed. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Juan's place. The location was great for walking around and exploring Orlando - the area has a great energy. There are plenty of food options within a 10 minute walk. The apartment looked like the photos and Juan has some great art work up. The parking was really convenient. Juan does provide earplugs, which if you are a light sleeper, are helpful since there was noise from the bar across the street. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Orlando!

Juan’s place was wonderful to stay at! The location is perfect - lots to do right outside the apartment, but also walkable to downtown Orlando! Looks just like the photos - very spacious and clean, and the balcony was just the cherry on top! Juan was super responsive and extremely helpful! I arrived earlier than the check-in time I had chosen and wasn’t able to get in, but Juan was quick to answer and help us get inside!

Loved this spot — felt like being tucked away in a treehouse! This apartment was the perfect place to relax in after a busy holiday. The neighborhood is lovely and very walkable. You're close to a lot, but the apartment is very quiet. Juan was also a great host. Proactive, communicative, and very kind. I will definitely book again the next time I'm in Orlando.

Thornton Park, where this apartment is located, is in an awesome, walkable neighborhood in Orlando. The apartment is comfortable and clean (great beds!) and conveniently located. We sat on the balcony in the evening and in the mornings to drink our coffee. My family and I loved staying there and highly recommend it if you are looking for a central and walkable neighborhood in Orlando.

The apartment was spacious and clean, it had everything we needed to cook meals and feel at home for 10 days. Also great location, walking distance to lake Eola, many restaurants and a grocery store. The bar next door can get noisy at night, but never after 10pm. The host was very responsive, proactive and accommodating.

Juan is a great host and I had a very enjoyable stay. The place was clean and comfortable and even though it was in the heart of downtown it was quiet and peaceful.

Juan's pad is in the heart of Thorton Park, one floor above the street, with a balcony to sit and watch life go by. The space is plenty large for a family of 4 and the beds are large and comfortable. Check in is early, and check out is late. And we took advantage by staying as long as we could.

Juan was very attentive and communicated very quickly. The location is within walking distance of many local cafes and cute dinner spots. It’s exactly what we needed which was a place to sleep since we were very active during the day. Very pet-friendly we brought our two cats and they acclimated very well and loved it just as much as we did.
